Your performance drives our purpose. Every Torch product is designed, built and held to deliver unquestionable quantity, and we expect you to hold us to those standards.
If you are not satisfied with your Torch purchase for any reason, we offer free returns and full refunds so you can find your perfect fit. Keep in mind that:
- Products must be unused and returned in original packaging
- A restocking fee of up to 25% of the total amount of the original purchase price may apply for products returned not in the original condition
- Sale items cannot be returned or refunded
- You can ship your items back by using the return label included in your package
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
- Excluding all prescription frames and lenses
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know if it has been approved for refund.
Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
Late reimbursements and missing credits should be the least of your worries. But if you haven’t received your refund, follow these steps to track it down.
- Check your bank account again, just to be safe.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially processed.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted to accounts.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We are only able to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to make an exchange for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll sort out the details.

Every Torch order is different, so the time it takes for your exchange to reach you may vary.
Received the wrong style, color or polarity? You can return your Torch gift so that you can get the right gear for your lifestyle.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
